Who We Are

QuranGuides.com is a free resource for anyone who wants to understand the Quran in plain language.

We cover all Quranic surahs, the duas found in the Quran and in authentic Hadith, the stories the Quran tells us directly, the history of early Islam, and the lives of all 25 prophets named in the Quran.

Why We Started This Site

Most of us grew up reciting surahs without understanding a single word we were saying. When we looked for explanations online, we found dense scholarly language on one side and oversimplified content on the other.

We built QuranGuides.com to close that gap. Every page is written in plain language and checked by a qualified scholar before it goes live.

Our Process

A writer researches each topic using the Quran, authentic Hadith, and established tafsir. A qualified scholar then reviews the page for accuracy before we publish it.
